SoundSet perform in CMC

Highlights from the debut performance of the SoundSet Ensemble, which took place on 15 December 2010 in CMC's new Platform for Performance space.

The SoundSet Ensemble is a new group established during 2010 by Laura Kilty and Emma O'Halloran. The group aims to put on high quality concerts which feature repertoire from a wide variety of musical genres—contemporary, electronic, Renaissance, and Baroque.

The performance, 'Winter Variations', took place in CMC's new platform for performance space on 15 December 2010 and included performances of new choral works by Jane O'Leary, Nick Roth, Stephen Gardner and Anne-Marie O'Farrell.

The performance was recorded by Amanda Feery in the Contemporary Music Centre on 15 December 2010.
